Pay Per Call Field Service Engineer

Our client an IT Services organisations who are thought leaders in Infrastructure Services, Workspace, Connectivity and Consulting.are now looking to bring on board Break Fix Field Service Engineers to work in; Maidstone Kent and Bristol.

Successful engineers will predominantly be working on the Dell services accounts.

We pay competitive rate at £20.00 per CLOSED PC call and £30.00 per CLOSED server call, engineers will get a average of 5-6 calls per day once fully up to speed these call can be increased; please note there is no expenses or mileage/fuel costs paid. The engineer should have his/her own car and a clean and valid driving license.

You must be an experienced break-fix engineer, having worked on a range of laptops, desktops and peripherals. Experience of the Dell break-fix service is a distinct advantage. Clear communication skills are paramount as you will be dealing with a range of clients. From small to medium size businesses to customers in their own homes.You should have experience of dealing with Break Fix issues, excellent first time fix rates and the ability to keep the customer informed throughout to ensure a successful conclusion. You should be customer focused and have attention to detail.
