Brand & Sponsorship Manager

Brand and Sponsorship Manager - Financial Services - Insurance - 3 months - Eastleigh, Southampton

On behalf of Hyphens FTSE 100 Financial Services Client I am looking to recruit a Brand and Sponsorship Manager for a period of 3 months based in Eastleigh, Southampton.

As the Brand manage campaign delivery
* Sponsorship Activation - Life strategic plan & delivery across all Pillars
* Restatement/Brand positioning - support strategy & execution
* Brand performance - monitor B2C & B2B trackers - inputs oversee reporting
* Stakeholders - develop relationships & interface as required
* Creation and implementation of Brand principles to ensure consistent execution across entire Marketing plan
* Support the strategic planning, execution & reporting of Brand campaigns, including agency management & compliance/legal/risk sign-offs
* Ensure inclusion of Brand and Sponsorship activity in overall Marketing plans, aligning with comms team peers
* To own and deploy Brand guidelines to underpin Marketing activity
* Manage design and execution of Sponsorship campaigns, leveraging assets to benefit the Life business and customers
* Manage and develop relationships with York based senior stakeholders
* Manage appropriate agency relationships
* Work with other Marketing managers to identify opportunities for integrated Marketing activity
* All activities and outputs ensure customers are treated fairly Embedded within area of responsibility
* Controls to mitigate/manage risk to the achievement of marketing processes in place and working effectively
* MI in place to monitor and control risks to the achievement of team outcomes

Skills/Knowledge/Experience
* Experience of working in Brand development and management
* Experience of implementing strategic plans
* Ability be a credible flag bearer for the Brand, Social Media and Sponsorship effort across UK&IL
* Excellent budget management skills
* Excellent planning/organising skills
* Excellent influencing and negotiation
* Ability to foster an innovative and proactive working culture via strong leadership
* Excellent interpersonal and general communications skills

Qualifications/FSA:
