Brand Manager New Brands (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Analyze markets, portfolios and consumer insights and monitor competitor activities
-Develop brand and product concepts (design, assortment) that will answer relevant consumer needs
-Test concept potential with different market research methods and align them with the top-management
-Work as a project lead for the transfer of the concepts into products and the roll-out of those products to the countries
-Brief, steer and align all service providers and key stakeholders within the organization
-Control the project milestones, including time and risk management to enable a launch in time
-Transfer the product innovation into different countries and ensure proper implementation by local organizations
-Control the country adaptions, monitor the country’s KPIs and enable the sharing of best practices

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Professional experience as a Brand manager or product manager in the beauty industry
-Marketing and retail experience is a plus
-Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with team members as well as stakeholders
-A good financial understanding in terms of P&L
-Excellent skills with the MS Office suite, especially ppt and excel
-Profound fluency in German and English
