BRAND MANAGER - MANCHESTER - 3 MONTH CONTRACT

ROLE SUMMARY:

A fantastic contract position has opened for a Brand Manager to work for one of the most recognisable leisure facilities in Manchester. This key client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will head up a small team in the marketing department. As a Brand Manager for this leading leisure organisation, you will act as brand guardian, ensuring that their message is delivered in a proud and consistent manner. Further, the candidate will act as a brand champion for the business, and will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy, all whilst ensuring that their brand is clearly communicated to their target audience. The successful applicant will be integral in ensuring that the brand is represented correctly across the business. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Brand Manager to develop their career at this prominent organisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Must be a Brand Manager/Brand Marketing Manager or similar
- Stakeholder and agency management skills
- Experience of developing and implementing brand strategies
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- A confident team player who can get stuck in from day one and work unsupervised
- Leisure/retail background, with an understanding how promotions drive these businesses
- Strong creative skills
- Analytical thinker
- Solid understanding of working with the media and press outlets

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or a degree in marketing is desirable but not essential
