My client, a leading restaurant brand is looking for an Brand Manager, the ideal candidate will have Customer & competitor insight experience. This is a 2 month contract position with a Day Rate £250.

Purpose of Role
This is a critical role within the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand Development. You will be responsible for bringing to life new, exciting propositions and developing our brand experience programme to drive added brand value against our key target audiences. We want to give our target audience reasons to dine with us rather than our competitors.

Key Accountabilities:
Customer & competitor insight
*It's all about truly understanding who are customers and potential customers are, what they are up to and what they think of us, grouping them and bringing to life for the organisation.
*Being proactive in understanding who our key competitors are and what they are up to and communicating the opportunities and threats to the wider commercials team
*Manage the monitoring of the brand health through the sources we have available to us.

Brand Consideration
*Your key responsibility will be to develop and bring to life our brand development and innovation plans
*Take responsibility for the development, testing and launch of all future focused plans

Brand Experience
*Develop and implement collateral for all in-restaurant non-menu related touchpoints (ie takeaway, giftcard sales, piccolo experience, music, schools programme etc.)

Brand Engagement
*Support the Head of Brand Development to develop brand engagement toolboxes (A & BTL) working with external creative partners and the design team
*Build an effective relationship with the campaign manager and channel managers to ensure best-in-class implementation of assets

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
*A mix of commercial and creative skills sets developed in blue chip business
*Ability to use customer insight to identify gaps in the market and then how we can fill them
*Very strong project management skills with ability to deliver cross-functional projects through management of internal and external stakeholders
*Significant business and commercial acumen, with a focus on measuring ROI
*Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business
*Agency management experience and success.
*A proven marketing track record in a blue chip environment
*High work ethic with agility to work within an entrepreneurial environment
