An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client are currently looking for a Brand Innovation Manager based at their prestigious Head Office. This is a contract role for 12 months with a possible extension.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with in Brand Management and Leading Innovation Projects with in an FMCG company.

Background/General Purpose of Position:

The successful candidate will be working across 3 popular brands and responsible for:
> Creation/refreshment of the Brand Vision Plan and Brand experience toolkit
>Lead the Brand communication Idea & Integrated Brand Communication
>Lead Key current & Future Innovation Programs
>Establish & Build outstanding relationships with key stakeholders: Marketing, Agencies and global teams.
>Travel will be required for this role.

Accountabilities:
* Develop an in-depth understanding and become an expert in the UK & Ireland markets and the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments and channels.
* Understand consumers and shoppers, together with market research teams, in developing consumer and shopper insights and turn these in to growth opportunities.
* Lead innovation projects against agreed category and brand priorities
* Develop consumer relevant concepts based on consumer and shopper insights to explore and evaluate ideas with consumers.
* Lead and champions brand communication (advertising and packaging), working with agencies to deliver strategically sound messages in line with communication strategy.
* Build Brand experience tool kits and other requirements for successful execution
* Develop integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade proposition for mix and deploy into simulated test markets to test potential for launch
* Work closely with Brand Building in the deployment of brand communication ideal for local markets and channels.

Experience and Qualifications Required

- Minimum of 5 years management experience in Brand Development and Brand Building
- Developing concepts and brand communication
- Proven record in innovation project management
- Understanding of processes within a large FMCG business
