Brand Director Europe - Healthcare Industry- Basel The Employer Our client is a rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company that develops and commercialises therapies in the pulmonology area. They are headquartered inCaliforniawith offices all over Europe and their European HQ inBasel. They are currently working on a pulmonary treatment that has gained orphan drug status inEuropeand is among the top 5 orphan drugs ever launched, in any therapeutic class. The Role The responsibilities in this role will include: * Responsible for building and implementing strategy on a European level * Works together with counterparts in European and global offices when building strategy with a partnership approach * In the event of a competitor, competitor analysis and product placement strategy * Guide development of training materials for internal sales force * Monitor sales force efficiency and builds strategy in line with this * Monitors Market trends * 2 days per week travel to be expected The Requested Profile * University degree, MBA is an advantage * Fluent in English * 5-7 years solid brand management experience within Health Care/ Pharmaceutical/ Life Science industries * Proven track record in strategic marketing The Offer An opportunity to work for a successful and growing biopharmaceutical company where your strategies will be implemented all overEurope.
