Brand Communications - Head of - West London - Telecommunications

An excellent opportunity has become available working for a leading telecommunications and media organisation company in West London. Offered on a contract basis until the end of October, you will be working as part of the wider consumer team accountable for transforming brand reputation with prospects, customers and employees.

Supporting the Head of Marketing you will assist with setting up a 2-3 year brand strategy in line with overall business strategy and transformation of brand reputation.

DUTIES INCLUDE

-Develop product and proposition positioning and brand communications campaigns for all products
-Ensure adherence and consistency in all communications and touch-points
-Influence and collaborate with a wide range of customer facing/interacting functions (including telesales, agent training, online, marketing, PR and customer services)
-Must lead the creative and media agency relationship
-Support the Brand team, empowering them, keeping them up to date with all business initiatives and be prepared to help them with campaign execution when required

REQUIREMENTS

-5+ years experience managing a UK Brand
-Experience creating product propositions
-Experience across all broadcast media
-Sponsorship experience
-Experience working for a service brand
