Branch Support MI Support Consultant

Our Financial Services client is looking for a number of Branch Support MI Reporting Consultants. The purpose of the role is to support front line queries from branch staff and ensure that the frontline staff have appropriate MI reports in order to effectively manage performance.

Day to day tasks:

- Effectively answer and log queries referring to the correct hand-off point when necessary and track these in appropriate tools.
- Deliver high quality MI reports to the business which informs of performance against given metrics and assisting with decision making.
- Ensure all MI reports are documented within the relevant database, ensuring that priorities for each report are understood and in line with SLA's
- Monitor trends in queries received, making recommendations and implementing agreed changes to improve service and MI availability.

Experience within an MI role is essential and experience in using reporting tools such as MS Excel, OBIFS ( Oracle Foundation Business Suite ) or SAS. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in Banking or Financial Services.
