ENTERPRISE BPR CONSULTANT

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

A BPR consultant required to take the lead on a BPR project to re-engineer core processes/services across the company and create a new Enterprise Process Architecture for improvements and streamlined processes to meet new service level targets. To be followed by setting up the Business Process Management Office, as a centre of BPM excellence and to drive the re-engineering of the Business Processes across the business verticals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Process Mapping at Enterprise level: As Is', To Be', gap analysis, KPI
- Developing Business Process Architecture at strategic Enterprise level
- Workshop facilitationv/Information Gathering
- Effective communicator and influencer with stakeholders and senior business managers across verticals
- Track record of conducting Business Processes Re-engineering at Enterprise level within a major company
- Managing BPR project and team
- Process change management
- Setting up the organisation, process and tools to drive BPR within a company
- Knowledge of BPR tools and modelling standards: ArchiMate, BPMN, UML etc
- Knowledge of Town Planning/Development would be a definite asset

WORKPLACE: Saudi Arabia

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 4 months

REMUNERATION: daily rate plus expenses
