Dear Candidates,
Currently we are looking to recruit Process Trainer with language capabilities as follows:- Languages: Polish, English, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, Hungarian
Role: BPO LANGUAGE TRAINER
Location: LITHUANIA, VILNIUS
Type: CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for Conducting Classroom Trainings.
-Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
-Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom management strategies.
-Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines.
-Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
-Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
-To develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
-Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.
