Projektbeschreibung
OVERVIEW:
- Gain an understanding of what other LOBs are doing to monitor customer satisfaction with BPO services delivered within their businesses.
- Assist with the day-to-day requirements of managing the OEM BPO contract including reporting on metrics, status reporting, capture and post meeting notes, program documentation etc.
- Apply structure and methodology to the capturing and analysis of the customer-centric metrics.
- Manage issues and risks including action item follow-up.
- Create project-related PowerPoint presentations for the purpose of updating various stakeholders on project progress -includes status meetings, monthly report outs, quarterly report outs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of program management experience
- Knowledge/background in software industry
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Creativity and ability to think on their own, develop their own ideas and suggestions for developing the program
- Self-starter, self-motivated, driven to do an excellent job
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand unfamiliar concepts and situations
- Excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors, project management skills, leadership skills
- Understanding of OEM business would be great!
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
This contract position is expected to be 8 months in duration.
