BPM Trainer

T-Impact delivers enterprise class solutions such as IBM Business Process Management (BPM). We integrate these solutions into our clients' existing IT systems and the latest Web 2.0 applications. 

Following another successful year we require a BPM TRAINER to deliver one week of online training on IBM BPM to our banking client. 

Working collaboratively with our client, you will understand their requirements, develop training material and deliver first class online technical training. As an ambassador for T-Impact, you should provide a positive and instructive impression while really demonstrating the functionality and value of this tool.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven industry experience of delivering training using IBM BPM. Ideally you will have used and delivered training on IBM BPM 8x.
- Some exposure to designing or tailoring technical training material to different target audiences.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to influence key stakeholders are both paramount.
