BPM Specialist - ARIS - London - Long Term Contract

BPM SPECIALIST - ARIS - LONDON - LONG TERM CONTRACT

General skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information System or related fields of study.
- 4-6 years hands-on experience on using different BPM methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Process modelling:

- Strong experience on driving full-scale BPM projects preferably with RCTG clients.
- Process work shop facilitation to understand high level business requirements.
- Documentation of user processes and requirements using standard tools like ARIS, Casewise, Visio etc .
- Working closely with SME to align processes and underlying systems.
- Modelling of business process in ARIS using EPC and Value added chain diagrams. 
- Accountable for process modelling deliverables.  
- Understanding and capability to document systems and interfaces as a part of modelling exercise.  

Exposure to Project Management:

- Can Create and execute as per project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Accountable for BPM project management deliverables

Communication:

- Holds regular status meetings with project team and client.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Establishes good working relationships with SME's from client and technical teams

Technical Proficiencies:

- Experienced user of the standard BPM tools and BPMN 2.0 notations
- Hands on in Microsoft project
- Possesses a thorough understanding of IT capabilities.
