BPM SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT/DESIGNER/LEAD DEVELOPER - JAVA, HAMPSHIRE/IRELAND

BPM Solution Designer/Architect/Lead Developer needed in Hampshire/Ireland to lead innovative automation projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for Lead Developer/Solution Architect/Solutions Designer with BPM suite experience who can deliver process improvement capabilities to the hands of business users through a team orientated approach, with responsibility of delivering in stand-alone enterprise environments where necessary.

A strong background in Java development is required, the project is to identify causes of issues of a Java-based case management system in the production environment and suggest solutions.

Definition of solution architecture and design as well as assessment of business process tools and proposed technology.

Role will be split between two locations

PERSON SPECIFICATION

To be a success in this role, you will have:

ESSENTIAL

- 10+ years of software development with at least 5 years developing solutions on BPM suites (process automation tools such as IBM BPM, Pega, Fusion or Webmethods)
- 3+ years' designing solutions on BPM suites
- 7+ years' experience developing with Java
- The ability to travel unrestricted to client site within the UK

DESIRABLE

- 2+ years' experience leading a team of developers, defining packages of work, monitoring performance and taking overall ownership for delivery and quality
- Gravitas - inspires confidence and demonstrates leadership
- Process engineering/design experience
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Blueworks, ARIS, Nimbus or Provision
- Lean Sigma qualification or experience
