JOB TITLE: BPM PROCESS CONSULTANT
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Job Type: Contract Opportunity.
Requires good experience in process discovery and modelling preferably using IBM BlueworksLive/
ARIS.
Must be proficient with Process Analysis, definition and improvement, business process modelling, testing, and support.
Technology
- Process Modeling tools, Documentation and Process Map creation tools
EXPERIENCE
- Strong Experience in Process consulting
- Strong experience as SME in Banking process discovery and requirement analysis
- Experience in software development methodology
- Experience in software estimation techniques.
- Self-motivated who has experience to perform all cycles of the implementation projects.
Responsibility
- Own and deliver Process definitions leveraging offshore project team
- Interact and work closely with Business SMEs
- Understand Business functionality and create induction docs
- Study, Analyse and define processes and suggest improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem solving skills are needed
- Experience/understanding of Web Portal, Agile methodology are helpful
