Business Process Mapping Lead
* Lead the business process mapping work stream
Understands performance requirements and helps formulate Key Performance Indicators for projects.
* Understands principles of usability and helps ensure processes are fit for purpose.
* Understands requirements management best practice and ensures practices are followed.
* Must have a solid understanding of the existing business processes, the key drivers and measures of success of the business, and the short and long term direction of the business and technology.
* Experience with Intellectual property is preferred.
* Requires in-depth knowledge of business operations, requirements processing, business modelling concepts, information systems, software development life cycle, business process development and leadership skills and stakeholder management.
