ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a long term contract role for a Tier 1 Investment Bank. Much of the deliverables in this particular workstream are in line with what competing banks are involved with from a group change perspective in a business change capacity (away from system processes, IT change etc). The ideal candidate will tick most if not all of the points listed below as the Manager cannot afford to have a team member who needs time to get upto speed on advanced process modelling techniques, BPMN2 etc at this time.

Financial Services experience as always is highly desired but at the same time if a candidate is coming from an equally complex, global company with coverage/changes that cover thousands of employees and many simultaneous workstreams then the profile will be very relevant.

KEY SKILLS/CV MUST SHOW:

- Advanced knowledge of Process Modelling methodologies, decomposition structures and enterprise process models, their development and management
- Advanced knowledge of BPMN2
- Experienced in the operational management of process modelling tools within a global enterprise process model
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL (or equivalent tool specific query interface)
- Experience of defining technical requirements for a modelling tool and engaging with suppliers and vendors to realise requirements.
- Experience of managing and integrating modelling tools with content management systems such as SharePoint
- Experience of delivering training sessions/courses
- Coaching and guiding non-direct reports to a defined outcome
