BPM Business Architect/LSS/Lean Six Sigma/Madrid/Barcelona Spanish language skills needed
T-Impact has been engaged by leading banking clients as thought leaders, quantifying business benefits, designing process taxonomy, and defining business architecture & solution design. We are now seeking an additional Business Architect with experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
As BPM Business Architect you will:
- SUPPORT business managers and front line staff, helping them understand how BPM can deliver the benefits they seek
- DEFINE business requirements, balancing global initiatives (improved customer journey, reduced process waste, best practice, re-usability, globalisation) against local requirements (legal, regulatory, market maturity, credit risk, minimising impact of change)
- MAP hierarchy of processes, defining the process design, user Interface and technology services required in BPM
- DEFINE high level design, considering innate BPM capability, global & local requirements
- Act as the subject matter expert for overall BPM programme, assisting the broader team to understand BPM delivery approach and setting realistic expectations
- SUPPORT the change management team to drive successful programmes across key markets, ensuring re-usable assets that can be deployed across numerous countries and products
You will need:
ESSENTIAL
- Fluent Spanish language skill.
- Process engineering/design experience
- Led change management or business transformation programme which costs £1 Million and delivered quantified business benefits that returned ROI within 3 years
- Commercial astuteness with the gravitas to lead from a consulting position through subject matter expertise and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience engaging with C level staff at or reporting to board level as stake holders for change/transformation programmes
- Extensive Business Analyst experience with at least 5 leading transformations
- Ability to explain BPM business benefits and relevance to both senior management and front line staff
DESIRABLE
- Lean Sigma Master Black Belt
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Blueworks, Aris, Nimbus or ProVision
- Experience with BPMS such as IBM BPM, Pegasystem, Fusion and Webmethods
As we partner with clients on engagements you must be able to work on client site and be flexible to travel as required for client projects.
