BPM Analyst

Our client, a market leading Insurance business is currently recruiting for a specialist role - business is planning to deploy a BPM initiative and require someone with proven in depth expertise of BPM, including methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma. This role is urgent and so would give preference to people who available in the short term.

- Embarking on a business-wide BPM initiative aimed at improving and standardising global business processes.
- The successful candidate will be required to help set up the programme, develop an appropriate methodology and drive the successful delivery of process improvement and standardisation projects across the business.
- This person will be responsible for identifying, co-ordinating and driving activities and projects as well as acting as a change agent and coach to others and will need to establish themselves as the "Go-to" person for process improvement.
- As part of a team of process improvement experts, this person will be required to work across the business and geographies, and will need to influence key stakeholders to deliver and embed value adding change to the business through delivering high impact projects.
- The successful candidate will also create and deliver training of BPM methodologies to internal staff and will need to be a strong mentor and coach for team members and business stakeholders in the use of Continuous Improvement methodologies to increase capability in the organisation.
- This role is suited to a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
