REESON Education is currently working on behalf of this welcoming 2 form entry primary school based on the border of Greenwich and Bromley in the South East of London. The headteacher is currently in need of a Year 6 Booster teacher to join them on as soon as possible on a fixed term contract to lead booster session in Literacy and Numeracy ahead of the SATs.

The school is located in a leafy suburb of South East London and offers a superbly welcoming atmosphere with friendly senior leaders and family like staff atmosphere. The Year 6's are a very bright bunch, eager to learn and well behaved.

The successful candidate will work alongside the two upper Key Stage 2 (KS2) class teachers to ensure intervention and booster sessions are delivered according to the groups or the individual's needs.

The school has recently benefitted from extensive refurbishments to ensure that the teaching environment and resources provide the pupils with the best environment within which to learn and develop as young citizens.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Formally recognised teaching qualifications (UK QTS)
-Prior Key Stage 2 (KS2) class based experience
-Previous Booster/Intervention experience would be an added bonus but not crucial
-2 teaching related references
-The ability to work well within a team

SALARY:

The salary for this Key Stage 2 (KS2) position will be dependent on the successful candidate scale point, however will be in line with the London Main and Upper pay scales.
