Boiler Technician/Maintenance Technician Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BOILER TECHNICIAN/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our client in Somersworth, NH.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operate and maintain high pressure boiler
- Operate and maintain plant compressed air and process water systems
- Help staff and operate site chemical storage area
- Perform security rounds and site security support as needed
- Perform selected routine EHS inspections tasks
- Work with HVAC and fire protection systems
- Operate and maintain hydroelectric power generation station
- Perform related assigned duties such as snow removal, yard work and general site maintenance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma, GED
- High Pressure Boiler License or two (2) years boiler operator experience
- Experience working with hazardous chemicals, waste storage and transportation
- Experience maintaining and operating heating and compressed air systems
- Proven analytical and problem solving ability
- Strong knowledge of utility services generation and distribution
- Ability to work a rotating work schedule
