You will have experience within the Automotive sector and a proven background in leading a team and managing a busy high quality / volume bodyshop. The ideal candidate should be very well organised and systematic, have excellent automotive body repair knowledge, good computer skills, but also have the ability to adapt to in house computer systems.
Day to day duties: reading daily scheduled job reports, allocating the work load to the team, on going management of the team's performance and Health & Safety awareness at all times. The candidate should be very approachable with good people skills and confident working within a high volume bodyshop. The work will be on going. (AGY)
