BOBJ BW Developer - Ireland/UK

BOBJ/BW Developer
This resource will be supporting a short term reporting initiative to clear out a back log of open reports.
I'm looking more for a BOBJ person that learned BW than the other way around.
*Location will be 75% Galway, 25% Cranfield. So we can do a UK resource with 3 weeks travel to Ireland, or a Irish one with 1 week travel to UK.
Skillset required
oBOBJ 4.x experience. We're on 4.1 so that will have higher preference.
oWEBI Experience using BICS connectivity to BW for data access from queries. This is a must have and I will look for people with a lot of experience in this toolset. The resource should have advanced experience in WEBI.
oBW data flow experience. The resource should have understanding on the BW side to trace up and down cubes as need be for data flows
oBEx query building access as needed
oECC Supply Chain knowledge/experience is preferred, as they will be working on those request
oBOBJ report scheduling experience
oVery high communication skills, as this person will be working with the business on-site.
