BMC Service Catalogue Architect/BMC Remedy, ITSM, ITIL Processes/Pharmaceuticals/Switzerland/12+ Month Contract/€500 to €700 per day all inclusive.
BMC Service Catalogue Architect is required with BMC Remedy, ITSM, and ITIL Processes experience to be based in Switzerland. Williams McKinley currently has an immediate start for a highly experienced Design Architect on a 12 month extendable basis. My client is a major global management consultancy serving the world's largest businesses with this role in particular sitting in Pharmaceuticals. Due to sustained growth and a new project win they have created the need for a number of Consultants in Germany and this particular role requires BMC Service Catalogue experience on a Migration Project.
Responsibilities/Technologies/Background will include:
Designing a new Web Portal based Service Catalogue for internal employees working for a large multinational Pharmaceutical company. The Service Catalogue will allow employees to order an array of IT related hardware and software through an internal Web Portal (Intranet). The successful consultant will have previous experience in this area
You must have a strong Technical Design or Architectural background.
Have previous experience working for a large multi-national/billion Euros client and held a Senior Technical role/Technical Lead. In addition, a strong consulting background (big 4) will also be beneficial for this role.
It is essential to have strong ITIL Processes experience, BMC Remedy and ITSM knowledge.
You will liaise with multiple internal & external stakeholders to identify requirements and high level release planning for the design, implementation and rollout.
Define communication strategy and plan
Ideal Industry experience is Pharmaceuticals, Banking or any that demands high levels of compliance.
Essential Requirement:
Currently hold an EU passport or relevant visa and not have any restrictions to travelling throughout Europe.
