BMC Remedy Specialist

For a client of ours in the aviaton industry, we are looking for a BMC Remedy Software engineer.

Location: Maastricht, the Netherlands

We are looking for a BMC Remedy software engineer in support of the CORE project, which is related to the creation of a Common Repository to increase the efficiency of the

Occurrence management and Technical Incident Management processes, to avoid double work in Operations and Engineering. Moreover, to optimize the interface among Change, Air Traffic Management Service Delivery and Performance processes.

CORE will be the founding stone on which an unique human machine interface can be built to service Investigate and Follow-up sub-process.

CORE will increase transparency and cross-domain cooperation, will decrease manual workload and thus risks of human errors and avoidable delays in the processes. It will be developed within the existing Remedy system.

You are asked to analyze the current possibilties within Remedy and make a gap analysis. You will be responsible for the development in Remedy en test the new environment.
