DURATION: INITIAL 6 MONTHS

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: Sopra Steria Recruitment Ltd (a Sopra Steria company) provides recruitment and resourcing solutions to Sopra Steria, a leading European IT service provider.

Sopra Steria requires a BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant for an initial 6 month contract in Stevenage for one of our defence Clients.

The BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant will be responsible for:

- Consultancy on, and configuration of, the Remedy package, possibly with installation changes
- Provision of level 2 and 3 support for Remedy, Service Request Management and BMC Analytics
- Development of new Analytics reports
- Acting as an expert user, providing advice for customer users
- Providing Remedy support for all UK users
- Remedy patch upgrades

BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant Essential Skills:

- Experience in configuring and supporting Remedy, Service Request Management and BMC Analytics (all currently at version 7.5)
- SQL Server (currently 2008)
- Able to provide "expert user" guidance to customer staff

BMC Remedy ITSM Support Analyst Desirable Skills:

- Installation of Remedy

On client's instructions, due to the urgency, nature and length of the assignment, the successful candidate must have current security clearance to SC level.
