Currently I'm recruiting for an engineer with a proven track record in improving and maintaining a BMC ticketing system within an enterprise environment.
The client is currently migrating their complete infrastructure. Within this project they encounter availability issues with Remedy. Your job is to resolve these issues and to keep Remedy fully available throughout the project.
