Will consider those with 3 or 5+ years' experience in a similar role as Remedy Analyst/Consultant (Functional & technical skills).
Responsibilities:
To analyse, design & configure new & improved IT Service Management project on an existing Remedyforce environment.
Working closely with the team and to act as SPOC for external party that works in a managed services agreement.
Liaise with IT customers with business questions to define & detail their needs and to create the technical translation for the execution/development teams.
Will need to rely on both functional and technical skills to successfully carry out the duties.
