BMC Remedy Consultant

Our client, one of the largest Telecoms suppliers in the UK, is looking to recruit a BMC Remedy ARS Developer for a contract position for up to 6 months to be based at their offices in Berkshire or Manchester. The day rates are negotiable for highly qualified BMC Remedy Developers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· In-depth knowledge of programming, developing with Remedy ITSM 7.x (Incident, Problem, Change)
· In-depth knowledge of programming, developing with Remedy Action Request System - ARS
· Solid, practical knowledge in designing, building, testing and deploying Remedy ARS web services with a good appreciation of interface control, demarcation and error handling.
· Prior experience of SRM (AIF, SRD PDT, AOT etc) and experience of the ITSM Approval engine is also required as elements of these will be exposed via web services.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
· Knowledge of Service Request Management - SRM
· Knowledge of Atrium Integration Engine - AIE
· Knowledge of Service Level Management - SLM
· Webservice Consumption/Publishing
