Your Skills
- Certified in ITIL v3 Foundation
- Change Management Support Experiences
- Familiar with BMC-ITSM product suite
- Experience in developing and creating Change templates in BMC-ITSM
- Work experience at the international level
- Experience implementing good practices for IT service management

Your Tasks
- The resource provided by the supplier will help with the designing and the implementation of change templates and act as the support contact for issues related to the process implementation in BMC-ITSM.
- Act as 1st and 2nd line support for Change Process implementation issues
- Open and manage cases with BMC-ITSM support
- Perform house-keeping activities of Change Records
- Assist with the continues service improvement activities related to Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management
