BMC Bladelogic Expert, Unix, Banking, Brussels

OBJECTIVE: My client is a Brussels based international bank. Their Unix Enterprise Technical Services (Unix ETS) team is responsible for the 2nd and 3rd level support 420+ IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris and Red Hat Linux Servers running various applications. The team is also responsible for architectural designs for projects using UNIX as well as accountable and responsible for the stability of UNIX environments.
The team is now looking for a BMC BladeLogic Expert who will report to the Head of UNIX Enterprise Technical Services..This is an URGENT short term contract. If interested please send your CV immediately! 

TASKS:

Incident Management:
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for UNIX operating systems (AIX, Solaris

Product packaging including pre/post actions;
Compliance jobs, remediation, reporting;
Managing the Property Dictionary, Extended Objects, Server properties, etc;
Configuration Management.

AUTOMATION/INSTALLATION:
IBM NIM;
Solaris Jumpstart;
Red Hat Kickstart;
Packaging (RPM, lpp).

OPERATING SYSTEMS:
IBM AIX 5.x, 6.x, 7.x;
Oracle Solaris 10;
Red Hat Linux 5.x, 6.x;

Strong general Unix knowledge;
Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or other configuration management tools;
Experience with automation and life cycle management in medium-sized environments (100's of Servers)
Scripting with PERL, Python, and/or SHELL.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Technical Documentation.
Automated system builds via NIM, Jumpstart and Kickstart;
Security tools and concepts (SSH, SSL, PKI, etc.);
Financial services/controlled environment exposure;
Quest Authentication Services (QAS) v4.x;
Web/E-business technologies (LDAP, Apache, WebSphere, etc).
