BMC Atrium Consultant - French Speaking Ideal

Scope: Assistance in the BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping as follows:

In collaboration with IT Project Manager and IT Assets managers, assist on defining specifications, design and deployment of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping and automatically discover by IP subnet and by IP address range within each sub-net:
- Networks devices,
- Servers (physical, virtual)
- Printers Network

Assist on deployment of the ADDM appliance provided by BMC
Assist on tasks related to the deployment and configuration of ADDM phases: UAT and PROD
Assist on creation of specified dashboard & reports for ADDM
Assist on the preparation of the project go-live, post go-live and knowledge transfer
Plan, execute and assist in testing in all the phases, in all the environments
In collaboration with IT-Security, assist on penetration tests and security integrations in all the phases, in all the environments

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years proven experience with BMC ITSM suite v7.x & v8.x (including non out of the box development)
Minimum of 4 years proven experience with BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency
Mapping with BMC certifications
Minimum of 3 years proven experience with BMC Configuration Management
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Proven experience in working alongside IT specialists in project life cycle
Excellent presentation skills
Good understanding of the EIB's mission and business with a particular focus on services activities
Ability to consult & benefit of a pool of BMC knowledge and support
Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Good knowledge of French would be an advantage
