ADDM Design
The contractor will write/validate a proposal for the deployment of the ADDM architecture. This document will expose all requirements and list the different options/solutions.
The contractor will be actively involved in the integration of BMC ADDM into the current BMC CMDB (BMC phase 2 project).
Training and Presentation
The contractor will organize training sessions presenting the BMC product from functional and technical aspects. This will include best practice, support,
Support Post Launch
The contractor will continue to monitor the production and will produce a weekly report mentioning all potential technical issues with recommendations. The report will also analyze the performance of the product.
"Normalization and consolidation"
The contractor will help in the "Consolidation and Normalization" process of data pushed by ADDM into the BMC CMDB.
"Scripting"
The contractor must have a good/proven experience in Scripting "discovery script" based on TPL
Some week-end work might be required (during the week-end launch). This however should remain exceptional.
Contractor will report weekly on the progress of the above to ensure full alignment.
PROFILE:
The contractor will be involved in the debugging and support of the ADDM 10.0 in Production which is planned end Q3 - Q4 2014. He/she will provide support in testing and validation environment. He/she will be involved in the resolution of post launch issues and in some customization tasks of the Production solution. The contractor will also provide support to the integration of BMC ADDM 10.0 product into the current BMC CMDB 8.0.
The contractor will be an expert in BMC products and more specifically in the ADDM v10 BMC product
The consultant must have a sound understanding of the technical/architecture aspects of the product.
The contractor must also have a good understanding of BMD ADDM (both technical architecture and functional design) + TPL Scripting language.
The contractor will have proven integrations of ADDM into BMC CMDB
The contractor must have a good understanding of the Normalization and Consolidation aspects in the BMC CMDB.
The contractor should also have a good understanding of BMC CMDB 8.1.
Must have:
BMC expert product knowledge
ADDM v10
Normalization and Consolidation in the BMC CMDB
TPL Scripting
