BMB Operational Technical Support

For a project in Lausanne, we are looking for a

BMB Operational Technical Support Expert

The main objective of this position is to provide 3rd level technical services and new version delivery coordination. This integral role will determine the success of the BMB project as it works closely hand in hand with the BMB architect, further strengthening the architecture and the technical design of the solution.

Responsibilities:

- Technical Coordination for delivery implementation
- L3 incident analysis and resolution
- RGOs deployment support (config change, interface setup etc.)
- Volume and Stress Test scenario validation, outcome and impact analysis
- Compliancy with the technical standards
- Collaborate with on-site/off-site technical resources
- Evaluate technical/development effort for new requirements

Required technical skills:

- Experience as technical expert/development lead on large projects in international organizations with a disciplined overview of priorities and technical integrations.
- Solution seeking attitude to efficiently sustain and build the solution. Ability to find new technical approaches for the improvement of the solution in line with Business requirements.
- Technical analysis/development skills with international mind set
- Technical experience in construction of mobility projects
- Experience in ITIL to communicate with infrastructure teams
- Very good technical knowledge with:

.NET 2.0 including ASP.NET; MS SQL Server 2005/2008; Windows Mobile; Mobility solutions (synchronization, package deployment etc.); Cognos 8 (Datamodelling and report building); Bluetooth and RFID functionality and configuration; MS Office Suite; HP Quality Center; LoadRunner; Visual Studio
- Fluent in English
