Bloomberg AIM Technical BA/PM (Hybrid)

Bloomberg AIM Technical BA/PM (Hybrid) is required by HSBC Asset Management.

Candidates must have the following skills/experience: 

- Strong BA & PM skills
- Strong specialist knowledge in the Front Office (In addition a good working knowledge of external applications that support these processes.)
- Demonstrated experience working with order management systems such as Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, or ThinkFolio to include the following:
- Good understanding of the business workflows in the 3 major functional streams (Portfolio Management, Compliance, Trading incl. FIX and Analytics)
- Technical skills (SQL in particular)
- Working with senior business & IT management to define business requirements across the Front Office globally
- Assisting in the definitions of project and business operating models for implementation at a local and global level
- Production, quality assurance and sign-off of all documents required as part of the project life cycle (including project reporting & forecasting).
- Validating documented requirements with all stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues across the project and escalate as appropriate
- Translating user requirements to appropriate IT solutions.
- Liaising with development and providing management./oversight as required to ensure deliveries 
- Building good working relationships with other IT departments and relevant business areas.
- Ensure smooth transition to live operations in conjunction with production support:
- Contributor to Bloomberg AIM/Thinkfolio demise project
