We are looking for a Blockchain/Hyperledger Expert

The client is a clearing bank and they have recently successfully concluded a Proof of Concept with Blockchain using the Hyperledger framework. It is time to expand our blockchain proposition and scale up! We believe blockchain is the fabric to offer 'Banking as a Service' and forever changes global financial markets, and our clients agree. With our launching customer during the Proof of Concept, we found more clients eager to get started.

We are looking for a blockchain expert, preferably on hyperledger, to join our innovative small team. Your role will be diverse including development, testing, maintenance and (re)shaping the solution design. We value your fresh insights and creative thinking.

You are going to work in a small agile team of high skilled professionals. The team consists of experts on Webmethods and Hyperledger. We expect you to hit the ground running in this fast moving product and help build our solution from Proof of Concept to Enterprise grade.

We expect you to:

- Develop independently on blockchain (hyperledger) technologies
- Able to work in a team
- Take part in the Agile working methodology
- Able to construct your work yourself
- Perform testing activities
- Perform maintenance activities
- Relevant knowledge, skills, competences & desired education level
- Technical degree, eg computer science. Preferably university-level
- Strong Analytical skills
- Affinity with financial markets is appreciated
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Teamplayer with hands-on mentality

Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Back End/Java Developer.
- Experience with the development of Blockchain applications, preferably on Hyperledger.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Affinity with financial markets is appreciated
