SC CLEARED BLACKBERRY SPECIALIST. SUPPORT ENGINEER/BLACKBERRY CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST (SERVER OS, BLACKBERRY ENTERPRISE SERVER 4.X BLACKBERRY ENTERPRISE SERVER 5.X)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high profile government department for an SC CLEARED BLACKBERRY SUPPORT SPECIALIST to act as the Lead Technical Support on ALL BLACKBERRY RELATED SECURE INFRASTRUCTURE AND TO LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL SOLUTIONS TO MEET CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.

Please Note: Only candidates who hold current SC OR DV CLEARANCE will be considered.

This is an exciting 6 MONTH OPPORTUNITY that will allow the successful applicant TO SHOWCASE THEIR OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF DESIGN, DOCUMENTATION, PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS AS WELL AS OFFERING GUIDANCE TO MORE JUNIOR MEMBERS of staff. Requires someone with a comphrensive understanding of customer business processes and identify efficiency processes in order to ensure the security of the solution. You will continously ensure that these solutions are transitioned into an effective support arrangement. You will laisie with key stakeholders ensuring any technical incidents are communicated and documentation produced.
