Blackberry Messaging Specialist

The client is a large leading IT managed services provider, and they are currently looking for an experienced Blackberry Messaging Specialist, to be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the technical integrity of their messaging environment.

The role will be working on a major project where the successful candidate will be responsible for problem, incident, request and change management delivery and ensuring that those services provided to customers meet the SLA objectives. Furthermore the Messaging Specialist will assist the Account Leader to provide analytical support necessary to develop and implement solutions for small to medium size projects, or components/elements of larger projects. On occasion, they may also be required to provide technical advice to project managers/leaders and give technical direction to team.

The Messaging Specialist will have a strong background in the following;

- Strong technical background in a messaging environment.
- Excellent Blackberry experience
- Strong MS Exchange experience
- General Platform specific skills in Windows.
