If you have LSS/Blackbelt experience with a Telecoms service background apply now as our clients Global Customer Delivery division are searching for numerous Lean Six Sigma (LSS), with change management expertise for missions based in Europe. The resources can be based across Europe working with the clients operational teams on Kaizen type of projects seeking to baseline process performance and looking for identification of short/long term improvement opportunities. We are looking for master black belts, with deep expertise in Services environment, to serve as overall facilitator of such sessions, which can consist of eg field working sessions, followed by desk analysis. The sessions can last from a day to a week and varied depending on the complexity of the target problem. We envision sessions/work running several months.
