Job Description:

POSITION PERFORMS ANALYSIS/EVALUATION OF BUSINESS AND/OR SYSTEM PROCESSES.

Also includes activities such as: functional requirements, development of business processes, client support during system development, and implementation

Process Analyst Specialists develop relationships with up and downstream business partners, develops/maintains and changes business processes, and understands the business needs of assigned partners and how they relate to our functional areas.

Develops and recommends changes to business processes.
Influences multiple cross-functional and/or multiple cross divisional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources and system/process specifications.

Provides subject matter expertise to cross-divisional, common business areas.
Make recommendations regarding business strategy and policy development.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Health Admin platforms of the assigned functional areas and multiple cross functionally based on assignment.
Five+ years in an Analyst Role. May include three or more years as a consultant.
Five+ years of experience in Healthcare environment (Analyst, consultant or other similar) in a relevant role or position
Health Care Administration/Health Plan/Claims Processing strongly preferred
EPIC Background or Certification a plus
Bachelor's degree in health care administration or similarly relevant discipline
Process analysis, mapping and design experience
Interview skills and related analysis techniques
MS Office, Visio and Sharepoint skills
