Biztalk Support Engineer

For this contract position with the leading software corporation, candidates will provide information and responsive and reliable resolution of the most critical and highest impact problems for strategic corporate customers using BizTalk for development and corporate IT purposes. Hours will usually be Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with 24/7 on-call rotation typically every 6-7 weeks.


- Experience with using, administering, and troubleshooting Biz Talk (ideally 3-4 years)
- Product support experience or the equivalent in work experience
- Breadth knowledge and experience in Developer Products such as BizTalk Server wrt configuration, deployment, etc.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Architecture
- Strong knowledge on the concepts of Operating Systems, Active Directory, Clustering and Networking
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience of at-least 3+ years in the technical environment mentioned above is desirable
- Experience with MSMQ (MS Message Queuing) a plus
- MCSE Certification a plus

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
