Biotransformation Expert (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Biotransformation expert, on-time availability of high quality data to support development programs from phase 0 to LCM  
- Monitoring of in vitro and in vivo biotransformation and mass balance studies together with other ADME/DMPK studies for small molecules (NCE) 
- Adequate description of metabolic pathways of importance in approval of NDA’s in accordance with guidelines for drugs intended for humans

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- PhD, in-depth understanding in small molecule biotransformation and metabolite structure elucidation
- Profound professional experience in Biotransformation, Metabolism and Structure Elucidation of NCEs in the DMPK/ADME field 
- Experience with ADME studies: study personnel, study monitor, study director 
- Strong experience with analytical tools like UPLC, High-resolution mass spectrometry and radio-detection techniques (e.g. LSC, Topcount) 
- Knowledge of Organic chemistry applied to biotransformation
- Expert in Biotransformation, Metabolism and Structure Elucidation of NCEs
- Hands on experience with ADCs (antibody drug conjugates) is a plus
