MY DUTIES:

- Run and support the day to day operations of manufacturing processes. 
- Operate equipment according to batch records, sampling plans and standard operating procedures. 
- Work with Facility Management / internal team members in the maintaining of GMP status of responsible equipment devices in routine monitoring, calibration, maintenance, and certifications.
- Create purchase orders, manage and inventory of raw materials, spare parts and equipment. 
- Support weekend or on-call duty on select time frames to support manufacturing. 
- Support the area’s implementation of simple changes and investigations.
- Support the development of batch records, sampling plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Embody Safe by Choice – know and follow the Safety, Health and Environment guidelines and work towards company safety and environment goals.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completed education as Lab Technician or higher (chemistry, biology or equal) or equivalent education in another relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with Unit Operations for mAb manufacturing. 
- Verbal or spoken communication skills in German and/or English.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
- Experience in Biotech Industry (bulk manufacturing of pharmaceutical or biological components). Position level will scale with experience level of candidate
- Experience working under GMP Conditions
- Proficiency in German of B1 or Higher
