IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support of the non-clinical safety studies team in early development
-The main focus will be on experimental design and analysis of strategies for these studies in close collaboration with the investigators to ensure statistical integrity of results
-Development of scripts or little toolboxes for efficient processing and analysis of routinely collected data
-Typical tasks include the design of experiments and development of new assays, sample size estimation, general exploratory data analysis and active involvement in proposing alternative options for experimental setup, statistical methodology and presentation/interpretation of the results

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-PhD in statistics/biostatistics or equivalent with solid work experience or alternatively a master's degree in any scientific discipline and profound practical experience in early phase
-Excellent problem analysis/solving skills and ability to investigate complex data in an exploratory way
-Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary/multi-national team
-Good communication skills
-Business fluent in English
-Experience with training or lecturing is an asset
-Proficiency in R or JMP
