Biostatistical Programming Sr Mgr

Biostatistical Programming Senior Manager (Remote/Work from home $80-$90/hour) Working closely with the director of biostatistics for a major biomedical company , you will lead a group of programmers to evaluate and examine data in all stages of clinical development. Key features - -Create and/or review and approve all programming plans. -Ensure best programming practices through leadership of programming process and improvement initiatives. -Provide technical leadership and supervision to team members, and provide technical solutions to programming problems that may arise. -Write, test and validate software programs (including utilities, toolbox) to produce analysis datasets and TFLs for analyses and reports. -Participate in the recruitment, development and management of the programming staff. -Contribute to the continuous improvement of Global Biostatistical Sciences. -Lead and develop the initiatives of programming technical and process improvements. Qualifications- -Degree(s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences or other scientific subject. (Doctorate or Masters Degree is a plus) -Biostatistical Programming using the SAS System. (SAS Certification is a plus) -Cardiovascular and/or nephrology therapeutic area programming experience is a plus. -Experience in drug development in related industries or academic research.
