Biosciences Operations Manager

A Leading Global Pharmaceutical Organisation based in the South East are seeking a Biosciences Operations Manager to join their team on an initial 3 months with potential for extension or permanent prospects.

The client are ideally seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the biosciences division.

Candidates will assist the operations director in maintaining an efficient operating environment.

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Develop and maintain preclinical project plans that align with major development milestones.
- Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting of project costs and timelines
- Prepare detailed project plans for bioscience activities
- Project alignment with milestones and identify timeline or budget issues with solutions
- Monthly status reports for Bioscience projects
- Attend and lead key meetings

Candidates are required to have the following skills and experience:

- Degree in science related field
- 5 years Pharmaceutical preclinical experience either running studies or in coordination role
- 5 years project and budget management experience
- Preferably experience working in review and delivery of technological/system enhancements
