BIOPHARMACEUTICAL PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST - PROTEIN/ANTIBODY PURIFICATION & STABILITY needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in KING OF PRUSSIA, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The purpose of this position is to drive the development of new technologies with the potential to transform biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
- We are seeking a person who is interested in learning, developing, and applying skills in protein purification within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- This person will evaluate different technologies for their potential use in development at lab and potentially pilot scale.
- Design, execute, and document experiments, interpret results, and communicate findings (presentations and reports)
- Assist with the purification of biopharmaceutical products
- Employ a host of techniques to routinely assess the physical properties of intermediate and purified biopharmaceutical products

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ph.D with zero to three (0-3) years of experience, Masters with two to four (2-4) years of experience, OR Bachelors with five (5+) years of experience in the fields of Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent laboratory skills and scientific knowledge appropriate to the specific area of Protein/Antibody Purification and Stability.
- Proficiency in protein purification principles and methods including (but not limited to) different modes of chromatography and filtration.
- Good understanding of analytical techniques for protein products.
- Passionate personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
