BIOLOGIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CREVE COEUR, MO

- PC Proficient-a strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other Microsoft software.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Self-starter and be able to work alone or as a part of a team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Will work cooperatively with many other people including development teams, business stakeholders and end users.
- Will effectively prioritize the day to ensure results on both short-term immediate initiatives while advancing bigger picture, long term efforts.
- Can effectively leverage a well developed T-shaped skills, which balance depth of subject-matter expertise with a breath across many competencies, in order to effectively communicate both with IT geeks and science nerds.
- Solving both technical and business related problems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experienced in taking and tracking of orders
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a laboratory setting or conducted research development
- MS or PhD in Biology or Plant Sciences
- Experience with agricultural research
- Training experience
- Familiarity with common software development processes
- Experience in driving change management
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with diverse groups
