IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Generate stable CHO production cell lines of antibodies and other recombinant proteins
-Apply plasmid transfection method and sterile mammalian cell culture technique
-Timely delivery of high quality CHO cell line
-Initiate In-process analytics of products and monitor the results
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Laboratory technician (BTA), MSc. or BSc in biotechnology, biology, preferably with professional experience
-Experience in working with mammalian cell culture in shake flask scale (CHO cells)
-Good command of German is essential; knowledge of English would be advantage
ous -Experience with ELN from IDBS and/or DQP (or GMP) is beneficial, ideally first industrial experience
